I called them last summer because my electric bill was over $300 a month and I knew somet had to be going on with my air unit. They came out twice and said there was nothing wrong. I called another company and found that my heating coil that absten and son installed years prior had shorted out and was heating at the same time my unit was trying to cool. Do not call these morons.
